St Vital is a bit of a tough case because its width mushrooms from the primary access point at the corner of St Mary's and St Annes. In this plan I've designated the major collector route as Ste Anne's Road, with interior neighborhoods served by feeder routes. Fourteen busses are needed to provide pickups every five minutes.
