Twenty busses in each direction collect passengers every seven and a half minutes on the outer loop. A high-speed express on stretches like Lagimodiere and Bishop Grandin, the outer loop cuts through high-density neighborhoods in the North End and East Kildonan to fill in gaps left by the radial spurs.
